SCS SB 1091 -- Community Colleges

This substitute expands the definition of "community college" for
state aid purposes to specifically include the West Plains campus
of Southwest Missouri State University and the provision of
workforce development and new job training pursuant to Chapter
178, RSMo, regarding special schools.
